Early Drop-Off Hours:                7:00am-8:45am

Camp Arrival and Check in:       8:45am-9:00am 

Camp Hours                               9:00am-3:00pm

Extended Care:                          3:00pm-6:00pm

Registration Policies

Registration is available for all camps through Tuesday of the camp session week.  Online registration is available through the Saturday prior to the camp session.

All camps are paid in full at time of registration to member charge or by credit card.

Camp Attire

Campers should wear comfortable clothing and tennis shoes for camp.  Kid's Camp and Youth Camp should come with swimsuits on under their clothing each day.  Please pack under garments in their back pack for change after swimming.

Tennis campers should bring their swim suits for swimming on Monday & Wednesdays.

Camp Drop-Off

Monday of each camp week, parents are to check their camper(s) in at the appropriate check in area. 

Tuesday through Friday campers are to be dropped off at the circle drive of the club entry between 8:45am to 9:00am.  Counselors will be available to ensure safe entry of campers to their camps.

Camp Pick-Up

Campers are to be picked up in the circle drive of the club entry between 2:45pm - 3:00pm.  Do not exit vehicles to pick up campers.  Your child will be escorted to your vehicle.

Member campers may be released to the club family zone without extended day if 8 years or older with parent permission.

Early Drop Off

Early Drop off is from 7:00-8:45am

Early Drop-Off is available for campers beginning at 7:00am.  All early campers are to be escorted by parents to the family zone for check in.

Extended Day

Extended Day is from 3:00pm to 6:00pm.

Extended Day campers are to be picked up in the Family zone building by 6:00pm.  Campers picked up late, parents will be charged $1 per each minute past 6:00pm.

Camper Electronics

Campers are not allowed any personal electronic devices during camp hours.  If parents approve their camper to use electronics during early drop off or extended day, Camp Westside is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items of any kind.

Meal Plan

All campers are provided a meal each day.  Campers are also offered two snacks a day.

Menu will be available online on March 1st.
